Free US Shipping.

Give us 1-2 days to process your order on our end, but after that, it should only take 2-3 business days for the James and the Stella. All of our other products are made-to-order, so it will take roughly 7-12 business days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Trial Period & Return Policy.

How to Indulge


Indoor humidity levels are on average anywhere from 20-40% lower than outside.

Place your humidifier within 4 feet of where you want immediate results, and you'll feel the difference in minutes. 40-60% RH is the level to strive for. A good way to tell if you're going overboard is if the surface of the humidifier gets wet. This seldom happens indoors unless you live in very humid areas.

We will only be producing 500 units this round. Both our April and June units will be available to the public on 6/1 for $350.

Only 250 of these units will be available for purchase before 6/1 at this discounted pre-order price of $225. You will only be charged a $5 upfront reservation fee. Leading up to our shipping date, we will provide you with an additional one-click email payment link to fulfill the rest of your purchase.


Placing an order today is securing your right to purchase this unit at a $125 discount, and this is really our way of saying thank you for your early interest and support!

"How does payment work and what happens if I change my mind?"


Long story short, you can cancel your pre-order reservation up until 5/1.

If you choose to cancel afterwards, we will unfortunately charge a $5 inconvenience fee for having reserved your unit.

This is simply because we will have turned away a number of other people in order to guarantee your spot in line.
